A 50% deposit will hold your reservation. We gladly accept personal checks.

We invite you to check in anytime between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. However, if you require special arrangements, please let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate you. Check out is requested by 12:00 noon.

With consideration for non-smokers, smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms.

Serenity Haven is not appropriate for children under the age of fourteen.

We love pets, but regretfully, we cannot accommodate them.

Cancellations:
While we understand that life does not always unfold as planned, our Inn is small enough so that even one cancellation affects us significantly. We therefore ask for your cooperation in observing a 14 day cancellation policy. If you must cancel within that period of time the deposit can be used to rebook at a later date. For reservations cancelled more than two weeks prior to your stay, the deposit, less a $20 service fee, will be gladly refunded. There are no refunds for early departure.

Settlement:
On the date of arrival, payments are requested in cash, or by personal check. We do not
accept credit cards. Please note that a 7% RI tax will be also be added to your bill.
